Theme- Our theme for the month will be ‘Winter’. We will be reading the book, “The Snowy Day” by Ezra Jack Keats. We will have a skating rink in our Drama area. While your children are getting dressed/undressed please talk about what they are wearing and why. (eg. It’s so cold outside so you need a coat).We will be looking at the concept of hot/cold and big/small. We will be working on a lot of quantitative concepts as well. (counting, identifying numbers)

Book bag checks- Please remember to check your child’s book bag daily and take out all papers sent home.
Class Supplies- It’s that time of year again. WE ARE IN DESPARATE NEED OF TISSUES AND DISINFECTANT SPRAY. Any donations of these items will be appreciated.
Change of Clothes- Since the weather has changed, we are asking all parents to send in a change of clothes that fit the season. Most of the students have shorts and short sleeve shirts, which can cause them to get ill.
